Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8.5
Can from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours light, bright clear gold with a nice white head. Aroma of pear with wood notes (I think). Med body. Flavor is definitely pear, tho just a tad towards tart, with some oak/vanilla. Quite dry. If there's hop, I'm not able to pin it down. Fruit and wood seems to be the deal. And tart.
