Can from Cap Tap. Pours perry color with a very slight white head that left quickly. Aroma is sort of citrusy with cider backup. Med minus body. Flavor is citrus, but not anything like the usual suspects. Earthy grapefruit rind? Close that. Very dry. The apple flavor is definitely subordinate to the Yuzu fruit. Rather quaffable compared to many ciders.
