Dark body with tan head. Maple syrup and sweet chocolate aroma. Sweet flavour. Sweet finish. Have a slurp of Syzzurp.

Tap at Cap Tap. Pours extremely dark brown black (light doesn’t penetrate) with a creamy tan head. Aroma is very maple. Sweet maple. Maple syrup. Med body or perhaps a bit more. Flavor is maple, not so sweet as syrup. If the only choices were dry and sweet I’d be stumped. There’s malt, and it’s somewhat chocolate, but got to keep the concentration or it’s just maple and malt! This is rather amazingly, nicely done.

Draft pour pint enjoyed at Hop and Hound. A perfect Halloween brew, as it is full of chocolate aroma and flavor. Dense near black pour. Maple, chocolate, and a soft nutty grain background. Toffee hints. Brittle. Butterfinger reminder more so than a true maple. Its delicious. Halfway through the pint I decided to pair it with different candies. I reccomend this. It pairs well. Overall a great beer whether you pair it with something or not. Boulder kills it with chocolate beers.
