Mosaic and Simcoe hops go in harmony with a complex malt foundation.

Tap at Cap Tap. Pours clear, dark and ruddy. Aroma of toasted malts and citrus. Med body at least. Flavor is toasty malt - actually suggesting an amber - with citrus. It’s drier than the malt would usually go, it’s decently bitter. And for some reason I get a strawberry note in the finish. Kind of a winter drink I suppose.

On draught at Ale Arsenal in San Carlos. Pours a golden-amber with moderate white head. Cracker malt that is a little syrupy for the lowish alcohol content. Hops are in the background. Everything is slightly above average here. Not bad.
