From can. Black color with beige brown head. Malty aroma, roasted, nutty, almond, pecan, cocoa, raisins, chocolate. Sweet and light bitter taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

15 December 2018. Black Beer Fest, Ieper. Cheers to Anke, Erwin & Ama Deke! Hazy black with a lasting, small, dark beige head; some lacing. Strong aroma of custard, crème brûlée, pistachio & pecan, vanilla ice cream, cake, brownie, meringue, 'negerinnentetten' (or tea-cakes), butterscotch. Taste is medium to heavy malty sweet, pure custard, vanilla & crème brûlée, nut & chocolate cake too; subtly balanced by a light roasted bitterness with roasted nuts & fondant. Dryish, peppery hoppy finish, lingering vanilla, milk chocolate, nuts & brownie, warming cream liqueur alcohol. Medium to full body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Just a bit over the top, but quite delicious.

[2018-11-11] Fat på Örebrewfest 2018. Backlog, endast poäng och kort kommentar. Sött, kletigt. Rejält med saltkaramell och riktigt kletig toffee. [8/4/9/4/15=4,0] [2019-11-02] Fat på All In Beer Fest. Svart med liten brun krona. Sött, fruktigt med choklad, toffee, visst inslags av röda bär, snällt nötiga toner, pekan, kola. Mellan till stor kropp. Helt ok, lite enkelspårigt. [8/4/8/4/14=3,8]

Solid nice and tasty pastry stuff. Excellent evening sipper. Layer after layer with goodies. Toffee, chocolate, nutty, some spices and dark malt.
