Collaboration with our friends from WeldWerks Brewing out in Greeley, Colorado. We knocked out a NE DIPA using Galaxy, Simcoe, and El Dorado hops. Big flavors and aroma's of pineapple, melon, evergreen, and passionfruit get layered over a cracker and biscuit malt foundation.

Pours a hazy, light gold, with mid-sized, thick, foamy head. Aroma is very fruity, with almost a chemical aspect (it remind me a bit of what you might smell in an auto body shop). Flavor is lightly sweet, with lots of tropical fruit character, a goodly amount of malt and grassiness, and only a lightly bitter pine-hop finish. Really nice combo and well-made.

Tap at Cap Tap. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Very fruity aroma - pale stone and tropicals - a bit juicy. It’s very full bodied in a strange way - like lots of malt - but I don’t think that’s it. Flavor is bitter, surprisingly dry given the body and all the fruit. Pale stone fruit, earthiness, mixed tropicals I can’t parse. Nice stuff.
