Sample at GABF 10/05/2019, thanks to kathryneels for assistance with note-taking. Slightly hazy golden color with a medium white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Herbal hops, fruit and malt in the nose. Medium to full body with flavors of resiny hop, pineapple and malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a fruity hop aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Tap at Cap Hop. Pours translucent gold with a white head. Aroma is nose challenging tropical. Not dank for me, but asks to be. Med body or better. Flavor is mango and arguably passionfruit. There’s an acidity suggesting pineapple. Earthy and citrus too. Getting closer to dank. Very pleasing ale.

On tap at Beer Revolution. It pours a mostly clear light gold color with a dense white head. The aroma is insane with huge tropical pineapple and mango. Really awesome and juicy. The flavor is a little more spicy and floral with some passionfruit, pineapple and thick pale malts. Pretty strong flowery/spicy bitterness. Full on the palate but clean and not heavy or crystal malt laden. I would’ve liked a juicier flavor though. Still, this is pretty darned good.
