NE DIPA brewed w/ our friends at Great Notion Brewing. Large amounts of Mosaic, Galaxy, and Simcoe hops create intense flavors and aroma's of pineapple, guava, passion fruit, and evergreen over a simplistic malt character. The addition of local honey used in the kettle provides some residual complexity, as well as dryness.

Draft. Hazy amber beer with a cream head. Grapefruit and tropical fruit aroma. Grapefruit and tropical fruit flavor. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Grapefruit and tropical fruit linger.

Tap at Cap Tap 6th Ann. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Aroma is very cantaloupe to me. Med body or better. Flavor seems melon and non-citrus fruit. Still thinking cantaloupe. There’s some dankish thing and a hint of garlic. Fairly dry, very hoppy and nicely bitter. Excellent.
