Draught@Craft Beer Helsinki 2018. Hazy yellow colour with a small head. Aroma is wheat, some wood, mild herbs, lactic notes as well as mild berries. Flavour is wheat, yeast, wood, grass and some herbs along with a slight sour edge.

[ As Eik & Tid Fatlagret Rå ].Murky medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, lemon, citric, moderate yeasty, barnyard, celery. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidc with a long duration, celery, pale malt, dough - bread, citric, lemony. Keg at Craft Beer Helsinki. Cloudy pale golden, lively head. Lemony nose with some vinegar. Tart with light body and crisp mouthfeel. Citric acid notes of wood. Lightly peppery finish.

On tap @ Bergen Craft Beer Fest. Pours hazy, very pale yellow, with a small creamy head. Aroma is wet grass, leaves and fresh garden compost, as well as fruity notes of grapes and white berries. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity notes of currants, grapes and wine barrels, as well as some notes of hay and fresh garden compost.

Small slightly bubbly shortlasting head, hazy. Aroma is slightly dry grassy, hay, old leafs, minerals, grass, oak, sawdust, paper. As it gets a little warmer, old rotten lawn and something strange sour-ish sulfury appears. Weird. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, soda powder, heather, sour overripe mountain cranberries, hay, flowers, oak, fruit salt, citrus acid, grass, berry skin, unripe berries. Medium, dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Nice taste...
