“White Beer” A hybrid style Wit beer. An unfiltered wheat beer, light in body and full of flavor. This refreshing wheat beer boasts big flavors and aromas of sweet orange peel, backed with the spiciness of coriander seed.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to becher glass.
Appearance: soft rustic amber/color with a two finger white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: slight white pepper, floral and earthy hops, light candied peach, sweet wheat, oranges, and coriander
Flavor: brings the sweet to the spicy in a nice balanced way; mild aftertaste of spicy tones
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, the spices do not distract as I thought they would have which leads to a fair smooth tone along my tongue; finishes semi-crisp with some pepper
Overall: what an "odd duck" of a beer, somewhat a "witbier" combined with an IPA, I guess? I think I could come back to this.

Tap at Cap Tap. Pours translucent light gold with a white head. Citrusy aroma with some wheatiness. Near med body. Not very dry. There’s citrus and arguably coriander. More wheaty/malty than most wits I can recall. Doesn’t seem very Belgian.

Draft. Golden beer with an off-white head. Light wheat aroma. Earth and light wheat flavor with orange and spice. Medium bodied. Wheat and spice linger with orange.
