Tap at Cap Hop. Pours a clear perry color with a few white bubbles. Clean cider aroma with a bit of apple skins. Near med body. Flavor is tart, with some apple skin and apple flesh. Rather like biting a crisp, tart apple. Somewhat astringent. Lightly puckery.
