Draft. Nitro. Mahogany beer with a dark cream nitro head. Nutty and chocolate aroma. Big chocolate and nutty flavor. Medium bodied. Big chocolate and nuttiness linger with light caramel.

650ml bottle. Clear, dark chestnut colour with ruby glimmer and small to average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. Sweet-ish, minimally alcoholic, Baileys Irish Cream aroma, notes of white coffee, coffee-flavoured whipped cream, nutty overtones. Taste is initially sweet, dark malty and fruity, hints of strawberry and vanilla, a touch of white coffee, translocates to some extent into the familiar Baileys region not until the finish, but sticks partly in that strawberry-vanilla environment close to hundreds and thousands. Watery texture, super-soft, silky and smooth palate, fine, soft carbonation. Authentical Baileys flavours in the nose become kind of deconstructed into strawberry and vanilla in taste. Reminds me of that duck/rabbit switch-like effect between prawns and raspberry I experienced with Mikkeller's Black Ink And Blood.

Bomber from Final Gravity in Roseville, CA. Pours brown with a foamy tan head. Aroma has coffee, but it actually has a total aroma suggesting Baileys Irish Cream or similar. Med body or so. It's not dry, but not nearly so sweet as the liqueur. It even has a certain astringency. May be some lactose in it. Definitely coffee, but the flavor as a whole isn't just coffee. I'm not doing well with the description, so lets go with the "official" description. Quite a different and tasty drink.
