Tap at Komachi as Berry Agony. Deep crimson to maroon, no head. Nose is raspberries and currants, balsamic vinegar, cherry, vanilla. Much like a Rodenbach Charactere Rouge. sour flavor, vinegar, wood, vanilla, berries. Great sweet-sour balance and amazing depth. Beautiful beer.

Tap at Cap Hop. Pours clear and bright ruby/raspberry - dark tones. The large head was an amazing pink color. Aroma doesn’t seem very agonizing and there’s a nice mix of raspberry and currant (say 3 to 1 ratio). Med body. It’s not actually as sour as many a Berliner Weiss. Very fruity, mostly raspberry, but the currant is clearly present. It is very tasty.
