Draught@Pub Solmu, Helsinki. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is diacetyl, some apples along with some slight fruity notes. Flavour is diacetyl, apples, some bitterness with mild funk and wood. Bigtime diacetyl in finish. Ugh.

Draught @ Solmu Pub, Vaasankatu 8, Helsinki, Finland 00500. [ As Solmu Indian Clove Hitch ].Clear medium amber orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, caramel, moderate hoppy, citrus, resin, apple - clove. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, caramel, pale malt, apple - clove. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Keg at Solmu Pub, Helsinki. Clear deep golden, small head. Buttery nose with red apples. Sweetish with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Diacetyle and apples. Not much else. Mid bitter finish.

Bottle 330ml @Naamat as "Indian Clove Hitch". Hazy amber color, small steady white head, lace. Grassy, sticky aroma. Medium-bodied. Berryish sweetness in the background, sticky and harsh grassy-herbal hops. Some yeast. Marmalade. Quite a mess.

Tap@ Solmu pub. As Indian clove hitch. Pours golden color with a thin white head. Malty, grassy, herbal aroma. Flavor has citrus, grass, malt. Bit harsh.

Draught @ the brewpub. Aroma has hayish notes, cereal, some tropical fruits and marmalade. Flavour has cereal, tropical fruits and miod menthol tones. Finishes with unpleasant herbal bitterness and grapefruit. Decent.

Tap at Solmu Pub, Helsinki. Colour is clear light orange with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Some fruits, grape, hints of caramel, hops and malts. Pretty clean basic IPA so naturally little bit of boring.

Draught @ Solmu pub, Helsinki
Pours yellowish orange with a smooth head. Aroma of fruits, grass, pine and citrus. Taste is crisp, malty and caramely with hints of pine, grass and citrus. Finish is crisp, malty and slightly stuffy with some grassy hops. Decent, but nothing special here.

(Keg at Solmu Pub, 20150801) The beer poured amber and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, mango and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, grass, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. A decent hoppy pale ale. Taste was a bit unbalanced.
