Bottle from Tilt; hazy mahogany red pour with a thin off white head, aroma has dark fruits, taste is sour red, some wine, fortified wine, black cherry, some wood.

500 c&c from Berkeley Bowl West. Pours quite ruddy with a transient head. Beautiful color against a strong light. Aroma is tart/sour with raisin and wood notes. Med body or so. It's more sweet/tart than sour. Literally mouth watering. Cranberry is discernible, and there's a little dark fruit. Some wood that's not musty. Very lightly astringent. Hardly acidic. But a little. Very nice indeed.
