Bottle shared by ippopotamo36 (thanks Alberto!). Nera, densa, impenetrabile, schiuma media color cappuccino. Al naso note di caffé, cioccolato fondente, luppolo, leggera liquirizia. In bocca è mediamente dolce con amaro finale, leggera radice. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-leggera. Buona.

On tap at Gunners in Belgrade-Serbia. Black pour, foam is just a lacing quite ivorish. It reminds me an American IRS, although it lacks bitterness of an American one...same feel of a clean black beer, easy although the abv and the load of roasted malts used. I would have appreciated a bit more of those raw notes and some grassiness but this is my opinion and won’t influence my rating. Anyway, some moderate grassiness pops up as the liquid in your glass warms up along with the roast. Licorice a bit, silky notes of dark fruit, cherries, chestnut honey
