Bottle from Beers Of Europe. Appearance - pale yellow and very clear. Big frothy head. Seemed slightly lively on appearance but maybe fine. Nose - floral, light cornflour and custard. Taste - lemon, green stalks, pith. Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - I’d say this was a good Golden Ale. Don’t recognise it as an APA though. Would need more malt sweetness for that.

Cask @ Montys, Shrewsbury. Pours pale gold, very thin white head. Aroma is mild citrus. Labelled as an American Pale Ale but comes across as an English pale ale. Light body, light citrus, just light in all areas.

Cask at Manningford train station. It pours clear golden with a medium white head. The aroma is fresh, lemon, lime, straw and sherbet. The taste is crisp, clean, lemon, lime, cracker, straw, white bread and straw with a dry finish. Light - medium body and fine carbonation. Refreshing stuff.

Half-pint, cask at Granite City (JDW). Close to clear pale golden body. A patchy, white head that laced well. Pale malts and grassy hops on the nose. Taste of honeyed fruit alongside hints of pale malts. Discreet fruity bitterness to the ending. Easy to drink. Just alright and refreshing (Aberdeen Airport 13.04.2016).
