Our deep, ruby-red ale graces the senses with comforting splashes of warm hints. Inside, you’ll find a rich, chocolatey taste, tucked away with liquorice and treacle. All enveloped in a velvety blanket, for a smooth, unmistakable texture and finish.

Cask at the Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell. Pale straw with a tight white head; lemon sherbert aroma; grainy body with a citrus taste; and a sweet grapefruit finish. A pleasant citrusy golden ale.

Cask at the Cambridge Blue. Light gold, clear, with a little bit of head. Muted aroma: some pineapple among fresh hay. Taste pretty darn good with bittersweet juicy hop opening up throughout the sip. Full body. Some soap in the aftertaste but also peach and a slight dab of spruce. Nice stab at the style from a fairly traditional brewery.
