Cask at the Three Horseshoes in Mandingley. Clear golden amber color, white head, solid lacing. Light caramel aroma. Taste is lightly toasted caramel subtle black pepper. OK

Cask at the Chop House, Cambridge. Aroma is grainy with soft fruit and tart berries. Underlying malt. Clear amber brown. Thin bubbly translucent white head. Medium bitter. Sour tang. Peripheral sweet notes. Mirrors the aroma with additional earthiness. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Decent bitter with some character.
