Can thanks to Ashton McCobb. Pours black with a thin tan head. Aromas of cinnamon, raisin, chocolate. Taste has some coffee, dried fruit, lots of cinnamon. A bit too much to be honest. The raisin is well judged, ther cinnamon a bit much.

Can from the brewery online shop. Appearance - opaque black with a tan to fawn head. Nose - bready and lightly dusted with sweet spice. Taste - roasty spice, intense cinnamon and dark chocolate. Raisins coming through late. Palate - medium bodied and roasty on the finish. Overall - nice. Expected the base beer to be a sweeter style of stout, perhaps milk stout.

Can on 105&376, thanks to Dave, 16/07/21. Black with a decent tan head. Nose is dark malts, chocolate, trace of cinnamon, dried fruits. Taste comprises chocolate, cinnamon bun, sweet malts, treacle toffee, burnt sugars, molasses. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost. Decent enough impy stout.

Can ordered from Twisted Crow, Basingstoke. Aroma is... well... lacking. Dialed down smoky cinnamon. Dark and inky. Tan tinge. Foamy tan head soon almost entirely disappears. Light bitter. As per the aroma there's a smoky cinnamon, alongside tar and salt liquorice. Booze. Definitely got a Nordic - Oulu - thing going down. Underlying maltiness. Medium bodied. Oily. Sticky. Long warming palate. Was expecting something much sweeter but this is lovely warming Impy that really works the cinnamon.
