can at home... dark black... small tan head... soft sweet coconut chocolate roast malts nose... soft dark chocolate.. light coconut... odd in linger with little clove

Can from... hmm... not sure? Emsworth Brewhouse? Elusive? Aroma makes me think of a boozy Bounty Bar. Stygian darkest brown. Foamy beige head promptly retreats. The most distinct element of the flava is the latter half as it develops a malty coconut flakes streak. There's molasses in there too. Otherwise it's a restrained Impy. Cocoa bitterness. A boozy undertow. As I drink more the bitterness becomes more evident. Medium bodied. Creamy verging on oily. Average carbonation. Long somewhat astringent finish. Nice but just nice. Girl beers Will tell this beer it's nice and want to be friends. And it's not fair. IT'S NOT FAIR. Anyway, a nice beer.
