A pan-Atlantic collaboration with Alvarado Street from Monterey, California where we’ve brewed the exact same beer at both breweries. We can’t be together in person but we can at least be together through beer. A clean, crisp and heavily hopped IPA with Vic Secret, El Dorado and Talus.

Can bought at Elusive brewery. Aroma is grassy with a light fruity edge. Dark gold. Clear. Foamy translucent white head. Medium bitter. Crisp. A touch of resin. Low key underlying syrupy stone fruit sweetness. Spicy finish. Light bodied. Quite thin. Fizzy carbonation. Dry slightly astringent finish. Nice without being niiicceee. But I really just want a burrito now.
