This year's release of our raspberry sour - Juggler - focus solely on raspberries. By not adding accompanying fruit additions we squeezed double the quantity of raspberries into the fermenter compared with last year. This version is super juicy and tart, and really encapsulates that fresh raspberry zing.

Bottle ordered from A Hoppy Place, Windsor. Aroma is funky and... yes... raspberry puree. Opaque ruby red. Foamy bubbly pink tinged head. Medium sour. Tart raspberry. Underlying saltiness. Light bodied. Thin. Benefits from soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry not overly astringent finish. A pleasant sour. All about dem raspberries.
