Keeping true to the style this West Coast IPA has rousing tropical hop notes brewed with a balance of big hop bitterness and a bold malt profile. Hopped with Galaxy, Yellow Sub, Sabro cryo and Simcoe cryo hops on a malt base of extra pale barley, cara, munich and wheat malt.

Can ordered from Noble Green Wines, Hampton. Aroma is resinous with grapefruit tartness. Amber. A slight haze to it. Bubbly foamy white head. Medium bitter. Spice. A tangy stonefruit edge. Marmalade. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Pithy. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Decent appropriately bitter stuff.
