Keg at BD Tower Hill. Aroma has sharp raspberry and a big dose of biscuit. Hazy pale golden orange. Thin creamy white head recedes to the ring. Medium-heavy sour. Tart. Juicy edge. Medium bodied. Slick verging on oily. Flat carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Tart but very drinkable.
