Smooths out with coconut milk sweetness. Lingering onions. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Pithy. Fizzy carbonation. Finish is a tad dry, a tad astringent but overall relatively abrupt. A polite restrained use of Sabro but still a drinkable pale.
