East Coast Pale Ale
We tried out a new product for this East Coast Pale Ale. Citra Incognito was used extensively in the whirlpool with Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic and Sabro forming the dry hop. Hazy, hoppy and intense.

Can ordered from Indiebeer, Holloway. Aroma has stone fruit cut with coconut milk, and an almost minty edge. Hazy golden brown. Frothy microbubbled translucent white head. Sourness initially apparent, followed by light-medium bitterness. Sherbet and stone fruit. Creamy coconut edge throughout. Light-medium bodied. Slick, creamy. Average-fizzy-fizzy carbonation, to be precise. Enjoyable easy drinking sessionable stuff that makes the most of its hops.
