Winter’s Coming is our definitive autumnal release. This smooth ruby ale blend’s chocolate and crystal malts a delicious full-bodied toffee flavour, while balancing a fruity finish of figs, dates, and raisins from the Fuggles hops.

Cask at Pigs Ear Beer & Cider Festival 2025, Hackney. London. A dark ruby/brown coloured pour with a medium off white/beige head on top. Malty, caramel, dark fruit offering. Bitter/sweet and not overly complex, just about OK.

Casl at Horse & Groom, Chobham. Aroma is dark and malty with a berry edge. Dark chestnut. Frothy off-white head. Light-medium sour berries and caramel with some underlying bitterness. Followed up by boiled veg. Medium bodied. Slick. Flat carbonation. Long astringent finish. Starts off OK but then just becomes bland.
