Otto is a highly drinkable light pale ale packed full of juicy Idaho 7 and Citra hops. Idaho 7 brings a lot of apricot, orange, grapefruit and peach character, while Citra offers a dank hit of grapefruit and ripe tropical fruits. Fermentation on our house yeast offers up stone fruit flavours and the finish is a pleasant soft bitterness.

Can from Hogs Back shop. Aroma is grassy with a tart yet sweet stone fruit streak. Hazy light gold. Thick creamy bubbly white head. Light bitter. A touch of sourness. Tart stone fruits again. The bitterness gradually increases. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average but prickly carbonation. Dry finish. A touch astringent. Easy drinking but no great depths.
