Soft and crisp and fantastically refreshing as all good Wits should be – we also added a truckload of lemon, lime, orange and grapefruit throughout the process for maximum flavour.

Can from A Hoppy Place, Windsor. Aroma of citrus and spice with a yeastie streak. Copper gold. A haze to it. Foamy translucent white head. Medium bitter with a sour edge. Full focus on the citrus, at least until we head into the finish when the spices take prominence and then take over. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry finish. Has some zap to it.
