This Vienna style lager is cold-conditioned for over two months. Brewed with Mittlefrüh hops & Munich malt, we end up with a low bitterness and subtle biscuit flavours. Richer and less carbonated than its paler, drier pilsner cousins, the subtle sweetness with crisp finish make this 4.7% lager a crowd pleaser.

Bottle ordered from the brewery. Sweet stone fruit aroma. More brown than amber. Slightly hazy. Thin bubbly white head. Medium bitter. Full.on hops with understand sweet stone fruit. Light bodied. Slick. Fizzy. Dry finish. This is a Vienna Lager? More like a fruity IPL. However still enjoyable stuff.
