AROMA: salted watermelon rind, cucumber, sea salt, candied orange
FLAVOR: watermelon rind, cucumber juice, meyer lemon
MOUTHFEEL: tart, dry, mild sweetness
NICK’S NOTES/RAD DETAILS : One of our favorites from our mixed fermentation program, a simple low abv Gose with sea salt, barrel aged in neutral oak wine barrels for a minimum of 6 months. We then select barrels to thoughtfully blend together to create a nice rounded gose and at packaging we juice fresh cucumbers and bottle/keg condition with the juice to create a refreshing and crisp cucumber Gose.

Tap at Cap Tap. Pours rather perry color with a transient white head. Cucumber aroma. Near med body. It's a bit tart - with lacto or pedio or both - but the salt is firmly present and the kook is a player. Interesting stuff. Refreshing.
