Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours light gold with a large white bubbly/creamy head. Aroma is mildly fruity/spicy. Med body. Flavor is mildly floral/spicy/fruity. Some slightly bready caramel support. This is a really nice hop, but it probably needs dry hopping to bring out strong flavor. It’s fairly dry, decently bitter. I like the hop. But, as ever, would like more of it.
