Walking and talking cider in an 86 year old Oregon apple orchard, we, alongside the orchardist, hand selected varieties and developed a proprietary blend with distinct acid and tannin structure. Through experimentation and selection we developed a unique sour cider which utilizes five apple varieties, and spontaneous fermentation with the wild yeast from the apples.

On tap at Deschutes - Portland, pours a crystal clear blonde, no head. Nose brings out crisp apple skins, some apple core and a hint of wild yeast. Flavour is dry and puckering, with a solid dry apple skin character, puckering citrusy apple, and maybe a hint of wildness. Puckering and medium tartness. Well-made.

Tap at the Portland brewpub. Pours cider color. Aroma is apple perfume. Near medium body. Flavor is subtly sour and the apple part is so fresh. Drink this by the gallon at the lake.
