Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8.5
Live from the barrel at the Cascade Barrelhouse. Pours coppery gold with a nice set of large white bubbles. Aroma is a strange version of grapefruit - a bit musty? Med body. Flavor is grapefruit, but there’s a lot of musty oak/wood. Not a great deal of salt. Quite different. A good thing to drink.
