Sampled on draft this beer poured a black color with a medium sized creamy brown head that left good lacing. The aroma was whiskey, dough, wood and malt. The flavor was whiskey, dough, wood, malt, dark fruit, tobacco, faint astringency and a boozy presence. Very long finish. Moderately full bodied.

Bomber shared by Marcus. Pours darkly ruddy amber with no head. Aroma Is bourbon and treacle. Med ++ body. Certainly not dry. Flavor is bourbon, treacle and arguably some wood. Can’t pin down hop. Definitely a good sipper. Heat not bothersome. Except in the brain! Nice flavors. Going well with Daru cheese.
