Capped 750 from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours a rather perry color with a very few white bubbles. Small bubbles line the glass. Aroma is towards dry and seems tart. Near med body. It’s astringent. A touch of tart, lightly funky, apple skin. Dry for me. Like to try some aged in Calvados barrels!
