BA bomber from Cap Tap. Pours dark brown with a slight darkish tan head. Aroma of chocolate and coconut. Seems to fit the label. Full bodied I think. Flavor starts very German C C, but then morphs into a rich IS. Smooth, sweet and burned malt. I’m not getting heat in the mouth or the gullet. But it seems to be going straight into my brain. It’s certainly not dry, and it’s certainly not bitter, but it seems to be very together. Wow. I am sure there are many ISs that would deserve a higher rating than this, but it wouldn’t be a huge number. Based on the first ratings I’m think Coronado has tweaked this a bit. Whatever. Good stuff. Dessert.
