Tap at Cap Tap. Pours very hazy gold with a white head. Light fruit aroma. Flavor is fruit and something herbal or peppery or pineapple like. It’s dry and almost a bit dusty. Pretty bitter. Almost like there’s a sour note - which could be herb. It’s hard for me to parse. Despite which or because of which I’m thinking it’s a good drink. Unripe apricot? Ah well. Better luck to later raters.
