375 from Bottle Barn. Pours hazy pink/peach with a slight whitish head. Moderate sour strawberry aroma. Med minus body. Flavor is moderately smooth sour with noticeable strawberry and rhubarb. A bit astringents. Tasty.

Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Tart aroma. Tart/light sour flavor with light acetic notes and strawberry. Medium bodied. Light sour and light acetic notes linger with strawberry.

On tap at The Cooler. It pours a cloudy peach color with a small off white head. The aroma is strong with sour peach and strawberry candies. The flavor is super fruit and tart with lots of lactic acid, mild funk and big time strawberry and rhubarb tartness. Big sourness here. No weird off flavors, just massive lactic acid and fruit. Five ounces of this is plenty for me. Maybe dial this down to around 5% and add more funk in place of the overpowering sourness and you’ve got yourself a winner. Pretty interesting as it is though.
