Almost clear, amber color and a white head. Nose is fruity with aroma of lavendel and hibiscus. Tart Start, bitter-sweet taste, hibiscus flavors, faint spicy. Nice bitter-salty finish. Nice work.

Huge thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that bottle! Looks really good. Beer in the glass copper coloured, small head. Fresh fruity herbal aroma. Starts mild, malty, more and more fruity. Interesting herbal sweetish notes. Some hints of cough syrup. Some pepper hints. Finish well balanced, soft malty herbal spicy. Really interesting!

My rate no. 500 for Lower Saxony. Real beers, no alcohol free or girls stuff like shandys. 0,75 l bottle from the source. A dark red golden to copper in the glass, little bit cloudy. More than one finger foamy head. Salty smell, some soapy lavender, some wilde herbs. Taste starts with malt and wheat, lavender, fruity sweetness. Smooth palate. Hints of pepper. Some honey. Low carbonated. Easy drinking stuff, not as experimental as expected.
