From testing set from brewpub. Light amber color with white head. Aroma of caramel, acetaldehyd, malt. Taste is caramel, malt, green apples, touch of hops.

28/6/2024. Cask at Brewhouse & Kitchen (Cardiff). Pours clear amber with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma is malty, caramel, fruits, hint of spice. Moderate sweetness, bitterness and body. Average to soft carbonation. Quite acceptable (by some other B&K cask offerings).

Cask. Rich amber beer with a cream head. Light citrus and light malt aroma. Light vinegar and light malt flavor with light citrus. Medium bodied. Light vinegar lingers with light malt and light floral notes.
