Come What May is a farmhouse style beer made without 'traditional' saison yeast. Hopped assertively and aged extensively in foeders, the blend takes on layers of refreshing and refined flavours. Crisp, bitter, and lightly tart, it's a complex beer that's easy to drink. Created as an ode to our previous collaboration with De La Senne brewery.

Tap @ Mikkeller Aarhus, 5.8%. Hazy yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hops, brett, oak, wood, little perfume and spices. Flavour is malt, fruit, brett, oak, wood, medium sweet, little dry and medium bitter.

Tap @ Mikkeller Bar, Aarhus. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are grass, fruits, flowers, citrus, little acid and has a nice light sour finish.

From tap. Pours cloudy yellow. Small white head. Aroma is wineous, fruity and sour. Bretty, wooden, citric and smooth fruity. Crisp fruity. Slight herbl. Mellow and fruity finish.

Draught at Himmeriget. Hazy, golden colour with a thin white head. Tart fruity aroma with lemons, bretts and oaked notes. Taste is sour. Finishes tart fruity.

Tap@Himmeriget, Copenhagen (Bellwoods TTO) - golden yellow with white head.
