Our local take on the modern German style fest beer. Showcasing a distinct malt structure balanced by a traditional hop character. This larger was brewed with local malted barley, generously hopped in the kettle with Adeena and Tettnang hops and lagered for nearly two months.

Cask, third. @Nottingham Beer Festival 2024, Nottingham (England). 12/10/2024 [#7.921 Global - #1.678 United States of America - #1 Exhibit 'A' Brewing Company (My brewery #398 from the States)] Pours clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma: earthy hops, pale sweet malts, yeast and spices. Taste: clean pale malts and crackers. Lovely malty palate. Next one, please!
