11/10/2024. Cask at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Pours clear golden orange with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma is citrus, lime, mango, sweet malt, flowers, stone fruits. Medium sweetness, light bitterness, touch tart. Moderate body, slightly oily, soft carbonation. Likeable.

Cask at Crown Hotel, Nantwich. Pours a pale straw with a small almost white head and good lacing. There’s corn and citrus in the aroma plus some traces of hops. In the mouth it is quite sweet, but with a little underlying sharpness. Flavour is citrus, floral hops and lemon plus some hints of mango. Citrus remains in the slightly dry finish. This is reasonable, but not exactly exciting.
