A light golden colored IPA with brilliant clarity. The judicious use of Mosaic and Amarillo hops give dank aromas of resin and pine sap mixed with tropical fruit aromas of mango and papaya that assault your senses. A firm, but smooth, bitterness is balanced by a slight hint of sweet malt flavor with grassy notes on the finish. This beer will cause a ruckus in your mouth, and should satisfy the hophead in everyone!

Cask at 25. Clear amber. Foamy frothy translucent white head. Aroma has jammy fruit with a caramel streak and veg. Some citrus spice and general marmalade but derailed by a big veg streak. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. An off-target beer true to it's veg Cask origins.

5 oz. pour on tap as part of a flight at the brewery. Lightly hazy gold w/nice sparkle, nice head w/good retention & tons of lacing. Aroma is berries, melon, lemon citrus. Taste is pine, grapefruit. Smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation & finish as taste.

Cask, third pint. @Nottingham Camra Beer Festival, Nottingham (England). 10/10/2024 [#7.841 Global - #1.668 United States of America - #1 True West Brewery (My brewery #391 from the States)] Pours clear golden with tiny bubbly head. Aroma: grapefruit, pine needles, candied malts. Taste: orange marmalade and candied malts. Medium piney bitterness. Next one, please!

10/10/2024. Cask at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Pours clear golden orange with a small bubbly/frothy off-white head. Aroma is mandarin, orange, citrus, pineapple, mango, passion fruit, grass, touch of herb. Medium sweetness, bitterness and body. Smooth. Average to soft carbonation. Nice bitterness to finish. Well done, for me the best of the US beers at the festival.

Draft at the source. Crystal clear! Bright golden color, white head. Mixed stonefruit aroma. Taste is very fruity with decent bitterness. Thank you for brewing a non-hazy!!!
