Think East Coast meets West Coast. A hybrid. Sort of a mutant, if you will. We slammed it with Chinook, Simcoe, Centennial, and Columbus in the boil, then double dry-hopped with even more Simcoe and Centennial plus fresh, dank Mosaic and Comet. A juicy ripe citrus endoskeleton with bright pine and grassy notes to launch your tastebuds into battle. Finishes with candied grapefruit rind and orange tangerine tones and a balanced but razor sharp bitterness. It’s the best there is at what it does. But what it does isn’t very nice. Drink up, bub.

474ml. can. @Gons, Rockville (MD). 05/09/2024 [#7.788 Global - #1.639 United States of America - #1 Nepenthe Brewing Co. (My Brewery #380 from the States)] Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma: citrusy, pine needles, candied grapefruit and onion. Taste: citrusy and candied malts. Cirusy palate. Next one, please!
