"“The best of America drifts to Paris. The American in Paris is the best American. It is more fun for an intelligent person to live in an intelligent country. France has the only two things toward which we drift as we grow older—intelligence and good manners.” - F. Scott Fitzgerald

Draft: Poured a hazy yellow with a white frothy head. Aroma is hoppy, fruity. Taste is bitter, mosaic hops, dry to the bone finish.

Tangerine and lemon. Some dryness. Peach skin. I'm very unfamiliar with Barbe Rouge. Light tart finish. Can.

16oz can. Really like this beer. Medium haze over a gold body. Cap of white head. Nose is floral, herbal, minty. Light grist. Feels continental and not new world. Flavor brings it forward. Some fruit, light grasses and herbs. Simple grain bill. Clean finish. Really well balanced and easy to drink.
