Brewed from 100% Belgian pils malt and a blend of Styrian Goldings and Willamette hops. Bon Pour starts with a long slow step mash and a hard water profile, leading to a drier, lighter flavor. Generous hopping gives the beer a snappy bitterness and pleasant, earthy aroma. Hay, moss and underlying orange pith with an extra dry finish.

Can pour at Schuykill Banks: blonde with white head. Aroma is lemon, light grass, not very grainy. Clean and fairly dry. Not the best lager I had that day but still excellent.

16 ounce can from N. 5th Street. Number one with a bullet. Medium gold pour. Pillowy white head. Spotty lacing. Mild earthy malt aroma. Biscuity malt flavor is balanced by a crisp bitterness with notes of black peppercorns and lemon pith. Bone dry finish.
