Mignonette

Stefano got a call from the folks at Abstrax with a proposal that had him skipping around the brewery in glee. (Okay not quite that, but he was very excited.) They offered to send him some hop oils to make a beer with and to pay to have it shipped out to the Craft Brewers Conference for a little competition. If his beer wins, they will pay his way to next years CBC! He opted to use their Citra and Segal Ranch Anchovy hop oils. Then he structured the beer to have Citra, Segal Ranch Anchovy, and El Dorado hops and double dry hopped the batch. For the yeast we used British Ale. What you get is an extremely crushable IPA! Pineapple on the nose, tropical fruits and peach ring flavors, and slightly wheaty finish.
